  1. While in custody inwaa thrown into my cell by a deputy over my cell mate Leamington a cot on the ground my backbone smashed into the edge of the lower steel bunk beds. I had just had an implant called a spinal cord stimulator to help control nerve damage in Myles that was from injury while I was teaching. It severed the wires in the implant an another 100k surgery had to be performed. Also because I wanted to get medical attention he denied me my dinner tray and breakfast tray . I instantly filed a grievance and then a group of sergeants battered question after question asking and placing me in maximum custodial lockup in orange and I never even remember seeing the initial judge on cctv due to them sending me to isolation lock up and missing 2 rounds of my medications that cause seizures when not taken accordingly. I ended up having a seizure that morning and 2 more seizure while incarcerated for 34 days until bail was set., 11 days straight of which I was immediately placed in isolation due to filing a grievance on the deputy, while they found me not guilty on the disciplinary report that was edited and I was made to sign. The nurse wound care staff and other deputies were there to witness this. I was released on bond December 9, 2013, and I spent a week at memorial pines still trying to heal from my wounds. While in the infirmary after my 1st seizure I was able to get a call to ombudsmen in order to report , my injury, neglect, and abuse. Everything was documented to the best of my ability as quicklynasni was allowed to, but my lawyer will not go after the sheriff’s officer that should be held accountable. Now I have majornpanic and anxiety attacks just talking from memory regarding this incident. Please call me at home 954.584.0318 or on my vellum 754. 779.6916, thankyou, Darren Todd
