An investigation involving a Broward Sheriff’s Office reality TV show has led to the release of a state attorney’s list of 137 police officers and deputies whose testimony may be suspect because of their troubles with the law.

A Broward Sheriff’s Office deputy and reality television star is under criminal investigation for falsifying records, Broward Bulldog has learned. Deputy Jerry Wengert, who starred in TLC/Discovery Channel’s “Unleashed: K-9 Broward County,” was notified of the probe in August by the prosecutor in charge of the State Attorney’s public corruption unit.
